Shipping and returns
Made to order, made for you. Here is how it gets to your door, and what happens if something is not right. Our fulfillment partner prints and ships every order.
How your order is made
Every piece is made to order just for you. That is why we do not keep a warehouse of stock, and why each item feels more intentional.
Production
Most orders take 2 to 5 business days to print or embroider before they ship. Embroidered pieces, like our hats, can sit toward the longer end.
Shipping within the United States
Once your order leaves production, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Your total time is production plus shipping, so plan on about a week to 10 days from order to doorstep.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom for a flat rate of $12 per order. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks after your order leaves production. Customs, duties or import taxes may apply in your country, and those are set by your local customs office and paid by the buyer. Some items ship from the United States, which can add a few days to international delivery. We do not ship anywhere else yet.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also check any order on our Track your order page with your Order ID and billing email.
Returns and exchanges
Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, wrong color or a change of mind. Please check our Size guide before you order.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or never arrives, we will make it right with a reprint or a refund at no cost to you, and you do not need to send the item back. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, or of the estimated delivery date if it never arrived, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Email support@thecannonmovement.com.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production we cannot always change it. Reach out right away and we will do what we can.
