How long until my order arrives?
Most orders are made in 2 to 5 business days, then ship in about 3 to 4 business days within the U.S. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track your order page with your Order ID and billing email. Your Order ID is in your confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange something?
Each piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or never arrives, we will reprint it or refund you at no cost, and you do not need to send it back. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What if I picked the wrong size?
Check the Size guide before you order. If you notice right after ordering, contact us as soon as you can.
Where are your products made?
Each piece is printed or embroidered on demand by our fulfillment partner.
