These terms apply to your use of cmclothingstore.com and your purchases. CM Clothing Store is operated by Cannon Movement LLC, 4651 Salisbury Road, Suite 400, Jacksonville, FL 32256, (404) 532-9650, support@thecannonmovement.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and tax where it applies, are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. If we discover a pricing error or cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you. If the order is cancelled, any payment collected for it will be refunded.
Made to order
Every item is made for you after you order. Please check the size guide before you buy. Production and delivery times are on our Shipping and Returns page.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping and Returns page is part of these terms. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size or color you selected incorrectly. If we send the wrong item, size or color, or your item is damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your order has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after its estimated delivery date. We will reship the item or refund you, including the original shipping amount you paid. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Payment
You confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you enter. Payments are processed by our payment processors.
Our content
The designs, logos, photos and text on this site belong to Cannon Movement LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update product information and these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
Liability
Products are provided as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
